  • Membership duration starts from the date of activation, not from the date of registration.

2. Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance.
  • Any offers or discounts are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Health & Safety

  • Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit before joining.
  • The gym is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health issue arising from workouts.
  • Members should follow trainer’s instructions and use the equipment properly.

4. Trainer Guidance

  • General training guidance is included with membership.
  • Personal training is available at an additional cost.
  • Diet and supplement advice is suggestive and should be followed responsibly.

5. Gym Rules & Discipline

  • Proper gym attire and shoes are mandatory.
  • Misbehavior, misuse of equipment, or disrespect toward staff or members may result in membership termination without refund.
  • Members must re-rack weights and maintain cleanliness.

6. Timings & Access

  • Gym timings are fixed and must be followed.
  • Entry may be denied outside operational hours.
  • The gym reserves the right to close temporarily for maintenance or emergencies.

7. Personal Belongings

  • The gym is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Members are advised to use lockers responsibly.

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • The gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for rule violations.
  • Members may cancel membership, but no refund will be provided.

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • Workout activities involve risk. Members participate at their own risk.
  • The gym, trainers, and management are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses.

By joining the gym, using its services, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
