Thank you for choosing our gym. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Once a membership is activated, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance, relocation, or personal circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cancellations are allowed, but no refund will be provided for unused days or remaining duration.
  • Membership duration cannot be paused, extended, or transferred unless approved by management under special circumstances.

3. Personal Training & Add-On Services

  • Fees paid for personal training, nutrition plans, or special programs are non-refundable.
  • Missed personal training sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless prior notice is given (as per gym policy).

4. Supplements & Merchandise (If Applicable)

  • Supplements, merchandise, or products once sold are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • In case of manufacturing defects, replacement may be provided at management’s discretion.

5. Online Payments

  • Any online transaction charges, gateway fees, or taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Gym Closure or Service Interruption

  • Temporary closure due to maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances does not qualify for refunds.
  • Management reserves the right to modify services or schedules without refund obligations.

7. Management Rights

  • The gym management reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
  • All decisions made by management regarding refunds and returns shall be final.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment, registering, or purchasing any service or product, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
